Earn Your Barber License While Training in a Real Shop

Unlike traditional barber schools, our student training program allows you to complete your

required 1,250 state board training hours inside a fully operational, professional barbershop

under the direct supervision of licensed barber managers.

You will gain real-world experience working with actual clients, learning both the technical skills

and professional standards required to succeed in today’s barber industry.

What You Will Learn

Students in our program receive hands-on training in:



• Traditional and modern haircutting techniques
• Skin fades, bald fades, and burst fades
• Shear cutting and advanced blending
• Straight razor shaving and beard detailing
• Professional razor lining and finishing work
• Client consultation and customer service
• Shop professionalism and workflow
• Sanitation, safety, and state board standards

Our goal is to develop confident, highly skilled barbers who are fully prepared to pass their State

Board examination and succeed professionally.

Program Requirements

Applicants must meet Pennsylvania State Board requirements, including:

• Minimum age of 16
• Minimum 8th-grade education or GED
• Commitment to complete 1,250 training hours
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• No prior barbering experience is required.
